Donations & tips

Donations and tips are charged immediately via Stripe and are non-refundable once captured, except where the law requires otherwise.

Errors & duplicate charges

Clear processing errors or duplicate charges are refundable on request after review.

Disputes & chargebacks

Contact connect@askq.live before filing a chargeback. Chargebacks raised without contacting us first may lead to account suspension.

Settlements to hosts

askQ.live settles donations to Supporting Hosts monthly. Before settlement we can refund from funds we still hold; after settlement we cannot recover funds from the host, though we will relay your request.

Timing

Approved refunds are issued via Stripe to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
