Your rights

  • Know / access the categories and specific pieces of personal information we collect, their sources, purposes, and who we share them with.
  • Delete personal information we hold, subject to legal exceptions.
  • Correct inaccurate personal information.
  • Opt out of any 'sale' or 'sharing' of personal information, including cross-context behavioral advertising.
  • Limit the use of sensitive personal information.
  • Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

Do Not Sell or Share

We do not sell your personal information for money. To opt out of any 'sharing' for targeted advertising, email connect@askq.live or use your browser's Global Privacy Control signal, which we honor.

How to submit a request

Email connect@askq.live. We verify your identity before responding. Authorized agents may submit on your behalf with proof of authorization; requests for a minor go through a parent or guardian.

Timing

We acknowledge requests within 10 business days and respond within 45 days, extendable once by another 45 days with notice.

Other states

Residents of Virginia, Colorado, Texas, and other states with comparable laws have equivalent rights; contact us the same way.
